The building blocks and nutrients in the formula

Anyone who is physically active—whether in sports or daily life—places demands on their cartilage, tendons, and ligaments. Targeted nutrient intake provides the building blocks these tissues rely on.

The building blocks

Collagen hydrolysate is a pure protein that supplies the amino acids used to build tendons, ligaments, and articular cartilage. Typical daily servings are around 10 grams.
Glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate are natural amino sugars and components of cartilage tissue. The body produces them from food, but they can also be taken as concentrated supplements.

The plant extracts

Curcumin is the yellow pigment derived from the rhizome of Curcuma longa (turmeric). Astaxanthin is a natural carotenoid derived from the microalga Haematococcus pluvialis. They are complemented by ginger root extract and OPC grape seed extract.

Usage

A course of these nutrients should last at least three months.
